Bloom Cottage is located 2 miles north of Franklin with easy access via paved roads and private drives. The property is graced with many trees, a spring fed stream and small pond. The average elevation of 2250 feet above sea level brings warm though mild days while allowing for cool evenings and nights.

| Bloom Cottage features two bedrooms; one equipped with a queen bed, the other with two twins and one bathroom. A sleeper sofa increases the occupancy limit to 6 or 4, respectively. It has been fully updated with all new furnishings, carpet, wall and window treatments.
Linens, towels, utensils, cable TV, A/C, CD/tape/stereo system, electric heat, microwave, coffeemaker and barbeque grill are all coveniently included. A wooden deck overlooks the pond with 2 rocking chairs. |
