Weekly (7 nights) --------------$375
Monthly --------------- Upon Request
(3 night minimum stay + taxes)

Lower Suite --- Mountain View, ramp accessibility, one-bedroom completely furnished, sleeper sofa in living room, full kitchen, linens, walk-in shower with bench & grab bars, central heat & AC, washer/dryer, satellite TV, DVD, and local phone.

Reservations accepted with a non-refundable $100.00 deposit per week.
Balance due upon arrival.
We accept cash, checks, money orders & traveler’s checks.
Sorry, credit cards not accepted.

Security deposit required on all monthly rentals. Security deposit refunded within 14 days of stay. Any damages will be subtracted from security deposit prior to refunding.
