These secluded fireplace mountain cabins are located in scenic Wayah Valley. They are nestled along picturesque Wayah Creek, under the towering shade canopy of hardwoods, graceful dogwoods and rhododendrons. From each cabin you can view the creek and hear the soothing sound of rushing water. Directly in front of the cabins is the 5342 foot high Wayah Bald, with the Appalachian and Bartram Trails on top. Hiking trails abound on this Mountain Waters Scenic Byway SR1310,
known as Wayah Road.

The cottage grounds are a mixture of natural wooded creek beauty with rock-bordered flower gardens, split rail fences and an herb garden for your culinary delight. Enjoy strolling the park-like grounds, pause to rest on one of the many park benches, swings or Adirondak chairs to absorb the tranquil environment of nature, or just relax on your front porch watching the water rush by. Grill and eat out by the creek, enjoy an outdoor campfire under the stars with the fireflies, or curl up by your own cozy fireplace during the cool nights (October through April). The cottages are completely furnished with cozy comfort and rustic elegance.

Full kitchen, equipped with basic cookware,
coffeemaker, toaster and microwave

Linens and towels provided weekly
Firewood provided October - April

Cottages are Smoke Free & Pet Free

RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS
After making a telephone reservation, a deposit check made payable to Wayah Creek Cottages
for 50% of the total must be received within 7 days to confirm your reservation. Please
include your reservation dates on your check. A receipt and a confirmation letter will be
mailed immediately after your deposit check is received. The balance is due at check-in (cash or travelers cheques). Refund of deposit given with 30 day advance cancellation, minus a $30 cancellation fee.

Minimum reservation is for 2 nights.
Holiday weekends - 3 nights.

Check-in: 3-6 pm, but other arrangements are possible.
Check-out: By 10 am

Directions
Located on Mountain Waters Scenic Byway, SR 1310, known as Wayah Road.
From Hwy. 441/23 go west on Hwy. 64 (toward Hayesville / Murphy). Proceed 3.8 miles to the Wayah Bald / LBJ Job Corp exit. Turn right onto Old Murphy Road. Take first left at the Phillips 66 gas station onto Wayah Road.
Go 3.8 miles. Turn left at Wayah Creek Cottages sign.
Proceed slowly across the bridge to the office straight ahead.
