Put a spring in your step! Regain flexibility and strength. This class is designed around patterns of easy exercises that will improve range of motion, muscle strength and endurance. Basic movements will be taught for your upper and lower body. This class is for Women that would like to learn the basics of working out. Come join us! (Please bring with you note pad, pen and light set of hand weights 3lbs or 5lbs are good start). This class is for Beginners. Self-supporting.
