If you’re a fan of classic cars, antiques, trucks, rat rods, and bikes, or if you are an owner of one and want to show it off, then you have to be at the 2013 Cruisin’ in the Mountains Car, Truck and Bike Show! Registration is now being accepted for the October 4th and 5th, 2013 event, at the Franklin Chamber of Commerce, 425 Porter Street, Franklin.
Friday will kick off with a Cruise In and Car Show pre-registration, starting at 5:00pm. Gates will close at 7:00pm. The Cruise In is free of charge for both car owners AND spectators. Early registration fee for Saturday’s car show is only $20 PER car/truck/bike and will be accepted until 7 pm Friday, October 4th.
Saturday’s show will feature vehicles from Antiques and Classics to Late Models and Rat Rods. Admission will be $3 for adults with Children 12 and Under free. Vehicle registration the day of the show will open at 8am and close at 9:30am. The fee the day of the show is $25, so if you’d like to save a few dollars, make sure and register early! Prize money will be awarded to FIRST PLACE in EACH CLASS and trophies will go to the first three places in each class.
Saturday will also feature a craft and vendor area, so it’s not just all about the cars! There will also be a Swap Meet, Car Corral, Live Entertainment and much more.
